Travel information	Rail - On the main Waterloo to Exeter line Road - Sherborne is situated on the A30
Parking	There is no parking available at the Abbey but there are several public car parks within easy distance. Wheelchairs are available and cars carrying disabled passengers may enter the Close to drop these passengers off.
Visitor Hours	Winter - 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Summer - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Admission	No charge is levied but there is a suggested donation of £3.50 per adult.
Arranged visits	Guided Tours Regular guided tours, open to everyone, are held on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am and Friday afternoons at 2.30pm from mid March through to mid October. Sometimes these tours may be cancelled, if for example, the Abbey is required for a funeral or memorial service. So it is as well to check with the Parish Office 01935 812452 (office hours only 9.00am to 12.30pm - 2.00pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday) particularly if you are travelling any distance. If you wish to visit the Abbey without going on a guided tour you are most welcome at any time. The Abbey is open between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm in the winter and 8.00am and 6.00pm during British Summer Time. Groups The Assistant Parish Secretary will be pleased to talk to you to arrange such a visit for which a donation of £3.50 per head is suggested. Amenities	www.sherborneabbey.com/shop/ gives details of the Abbey Shop in the Close There are no toilet facilities on site but there are Public toilets within easy distance. The Abbey does not have a cafe but there are a number of very pleasant cafes and restaurants within easy reach.
