Travel information	Take the Bury St Edmunds Central exit from A14 and follow signs for Historic Bury St Edmunds/Tourist Information Centre. Short term car parking is available opposite the Cathedral on Angel Hill or in the long term car park Ram Meadow on Cotton Lane. By train - connections from London Liverpool Street or via Cambridge to Bury St Edmunds station
Parking	There is no parking available at the Cathedral. There are Car Parks nearby, opposite the cathedral and in Ram meadow. Disabled parking bays close to the Cathedral on Angel Hill. No coach parking at Cathedral but coach set off point on Angel Hill. Free coach parking at Rougham Hill Coach park.
Visitor Hours	The Cathedral is open to visitors every day from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. throughout the year
Admission	Entry is free but we suggest a donation of £3.00 per adult and 50p per child
Arranged visits	Guided Tours Daily tours are available at 11.30am from Easter to September. £3 donation recommended. Groups Guided Tours are available for pre-booked groups at a cost of £4 per adult and 50p per child. Please contact the Visitors’ Officer for further details and bookings. School Visits Discovery Centre offers visits for educational groups. Educational packs are available. Please contact the Education Officer on 01284 748731.
Worship	Times Visitors are welcome to join any of the services. Please contact the Cathedral Office for details of special services. Amenities	Refectory & Shop Morning coffee/afternoon tea and light lunches in the modern licensed Refectory. Open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm (3.30pm in winter). For group bookings please telephone 01284 748738. Toilet facilities including a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are available. The Cathedral Shop is open from Monday - Saturday 10am to 5pm and offers a wide range of books, gifts, CDs and greeting cards.
Facilities for disabled	Wheelchair users can make a full tour of the Cathedral (temporary ramp available in porch and Chancel), except the Treasury. Cathedral Centre fully accessible. Wheelchair available to borrow. Toilet for disabled visitors.
