School Visits

As well as visits for all key stages that complement the RE curriculum, provision for schools includes a KS2 Tudor Trail, in which children meet King Henry VII and other rich and poor characters from the cathedral’s Tudor past, and It’s A Vicar’s Life, weekly summer tours of College Cloister.

For older students, especially those studying A level Medieval History, the cathedral’s Mappa Mundi provides an interesting focus for skills based study.

Additionally, our Chained Library and Archives contain many documents and books of interest to those studying degree courses. For more information, please contact Sarah Arrowsmith, Education Officer: 01432 374256
